Developed out of necessity in today’s rapidly evolving public safety liabilities. FACTS™ was designed to adapt to a department’s use of physical control reporting requirements and needs. It is common for departments to require self-defense training for first responders and FACTS™ data management compliments this training; departments must document any instance when use of control is used.
Numerous reports and hundreds of statistical points are available. This statistical data can be used to determine the overall frequency, type of resistance encountered, what types of calls involve the highest rate of physical control, comparing which first responders are using control more than others, and much more.
