LEFTA Systems’ Employee Conduct Tracking (EMCOT™) software provides a tool that allows the community and your employees a method to submit online reports of employee conduct and concerns. The submissions can be made anonymously.
A link to EMCOT™ can be placed on the department website or social media presence. Compliments, complaints, and concerns can be triaged for further investigation and documentation.
If the event is determined to warrant further review it can be sent directly to the internal affairs application. If it is a minor issue of non-compliance, or it is a compliment, the events can be forwarded to the Training Records application to document.
