Command Center Overview

Applications within the SHIELD Suite platform create hundreds of statistical datapoints that are invaluable to law enforcement management. While every application has its own statistical analysis section, the data points within are specific to the individual application. The internal affairs unit supervisor, for example, can easily monitor statistics related to IA investigations and a vehicle pursuit review board can do the same for data related to pursuits.

The “Command Center” combines all of the data that is spread across the SHIELD Suite platform into easy to manage dashboards with drill down capabilities. LEFTA Systems’ data analysts will custom build unlimited dashboards for an agency’s leadership, including public facing dashboards if there are statistical data points you would like to share with the public you serve. Leadership has instant access to updated data each morning and is therefore able to quickly identify an “uptick” in complaints or use of force incidents.
