Managing Employee Training Records (METR), is a web-based software program that allows agencies to create, store and access their sworn and civilian employee training records in one single, comprehensive application. In addition to tracking all training, METR automates training request and off-duty forms, allows you to create training plans, disseminate policies and other training material, and even allows management to create evaluations for their subordinate.
Employees and managers receive class registration notification emails, alerts when required training, policy review or evaluations are past due or when a mandated class is about to expire. Additionally, METR communicates directly with LEFTA Systems’ Field Training application (LEFTA) and combined, these programs enable an agency to track an employee’s training documents from FTO training until retirement or separation.
