V-DOC™ Overview

V-DOC™ has been documenting damage to department vehicles for several years by automating the reporting process. With the next update, V-DOC™ will become a fleet management solution allowing fleet manager to track:

Maintenance and Service Records: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, service schedules, and repairs.

Fuel Consumption: Tracking fuel usage is an essential aspect of fleet management. This information assists in optimizing fuel usage and managing costs.

Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analytics on various aspects of fleet operations. This assist in making data-driven decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and measuring overall fleet efficiency.

V-DOC™ provides a comprehensive view of fleet operations, allowing fleet managers to streamline processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance and safety of their fleet. For our clients utilizing other SHIELD Suite software, V-DOC™ syncs with those applications to eliminate duplicate data entry. It also ties into our Early Warning System.
