Companies usually incur liability due to negligence or neglect of supervision. To minimize liability risks, it is crucial to document any damage that vehicles sustain.
Managing an entire fleet of vehicles can be complicated. Management needs to stay informed as to the specific number of employees who are continually involved in incidents, which cost the city/county substantial expenses. With LEFTA Systems V-DOC, you can document all vehicle damages on one form by having the assigned driver or supervisor complete a report within the application.
