As an agency that maintains its own in-house academy, or a state operating a criminal justice training center, you collect a tremendous amount of paperwork on each trainee to document the training requirements set forth by your state. You are required by law to continue to keep trainee’s records, often many years after they have completed training and be able to respond to public records requests or inquiries by other law enforcement agencies about trainees that went to your academy. ATRAX™ is designed to make all of this easier by automating the entire documentation process.

ATRAX also links with LEFTA Systems Field Training Software – LEFTA. Once a trainee has completed the academy, all academy training records are automatically uploaded into the FTO Software. This allows FTO management to identify if any field training issues were already documented during the academy.
All SHIELD applications can be used independently or can be combined to create a fully integrated system. Made for Cops by Cops, all applications are highly user and in-the-field friendly. SHIELD software applications not only mitigate liability for officers in the field and their agency, but can also be effective tools in bridging law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. Numerous reports and hundreds of statistics are readily available and easy to access. When used collectively, the SHIELD Suite enables a fully integrated early warning system that alerts agency management to potential liability issues before they escalate.
