EMCOT™ Overview

LEFTA Systems’ Employee Conduct Tracking (EMCOT) software automates your entire complaint process by allowing citizens and employees to file online reports of employee conduct. Reports can be routed based on the seriousness of the complaint and citizens can follow the status of their complaint as required in some states. EMCOT™ has the ability to track complaints, commendations and compliments and links with our METR™ and Internal Affairs applications.

EMCOT™ Is Part of The SHIELD Suite

All SHIELD Suite applications can be used independently or can be combined to create a fully integrated system. Made for Cops by Cops, all applications are highly user and in-the-field friendly.
