Audience: Application Administrators, Users assigned to roles with administrative access
The instructor will explain how to update dropdown lists and user profiles and how to view the application audit logs. Administrators will also review other miscellaneous tasks that are part of the centralized SHIELD Suite maintenance. This class is required for system administrators, but is highly recommended for anyone assigned to a user role with administrative access.
Notification Settings
Audience: Application Administrators
The instructor will teach administrators about SHIELD Suite notifications and how to manage them across each of the applications. This class is geared towards system administrators who need to manage notifications sent to their users, including the types of notifications and their parameters.
