Audience: Field Training Officers, Supervisors
The instructor will explain how to create and use the Remedial Training report within the LEFTA® application in detail. FTOs will be instructed on how to properly submit this report and Supervisors will be guided on how to monitor them.
CA POST Checklist
Audience: Field Training Officers, Field Training Coordinators (California only)
The instructor will show how LEFTA® incorporates the CA POST Checklist (AKA the POST FTP Guide Volume 2) into the application, as well as how to manage and navigate the CA POST Checklist sections. FTCs will be shown how to input agency-specific training details to match their POST approved manual, and FTOs will be shown how to input data as their trainees go through the field training program.
