LEFTA Systems Expands Support Hours to Better Serve Clients

LEFTA Systems has expanded our hours of live technical support in an effort to provide additional service to officers working extended hours. Beginning February 1, 2021, clients will now be able to reach a live support specialist between the hours of 0800-2000 EST/ 0500-1700 PST, Monday through Friday. Just call our toll-free 800 # to speak with a live support specialist during these hours. Support requests may also be submitted 24-hours a day through SHIELD Portal or while logged in to any of our applications.

 

We are excited to continue providing our clients with the necessary tools and support needed to protect and serve their communities.
